One of the nicer restaurants in the small town of Pullman Service is great and the atmosphere is perfect for a date night or birthday celebration Prices are reasonable as well Just not a lot of selection Strongly recommend the Black Cypress Dips for an appetizer.... So delicious! The recoco mocktail 9 is also nice We also got the 16oz ribeye to share However that was very mediocre A bit overcooked and not very tender meat

Absolutely amazing. The best carbonara I have ever had, big portions, the staff was amazing and very accommodating, as my boyfriend had them set up a table with a candle and such before we got there, and our waiter was amazing.

This restaurant is excellent. We had my daughters college graduation dinner here, and it was fabulous. The service, custom cocktails, and food was on point. They went out of their way to make sure it was a special evening. Side note, try the bacon! So good!

Wonderful experience!! We started off with Black Cypress Dip. It was great! The Roasted chicken and Grilled Portabella didn't match my taste buds well. My favorite part of the meal was the B.C. Brownie and Bread Pudding. Everyone should definitely try them! I’m quite impressed with the perfect blend of sweetness, richness, and perfection in the desserts.

My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at The Black Cypress, and everything about the experience was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and perfect for a special evening. But what truly made the night unforgettable was the incredible service—especially from Gabrielle. From the moment I called to make the reservation, she went above and beyond. I had arranged to drop off a small gift ahead of time, and Gabrielle not only made that easy, but she also thoughtfully set it up on our table before we arrived. The care and attention she showed us made the night feel truly special. Great food and ambiance are one thing—but having someone like Gabrielle take care of you adds a whole other level to the experience. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Gabrielle, for making our anniversary so memorable.

I think this is the best restaurant in Pullman. They should change their menu more often, and they could be a little bit faster, and they could have more beer selection. But otherwise, I always know I'm getting a fantastic meal, great service, and a romantic setting.

Took my daughter and her friend to dinner here recently during a visit to town. It was busy, make a reservation in advance (as we did). We were seated right away because we had a reservation. Parking can be a bit tough with construction in the area but we found a free parking spot just a short walk away. The food and drink were delicious. Service was attentive and friendly. Prices are a bit higher than other establishments nearby but fair for what you get.
